All students planning to graduate in Fall 2023 must apply for graduation through the My Record Tab in Howdy by September 22, 2023. A diploma fee of $47.50 is assessed for each graduation application submitted by students in all colleges EXCEPT: the School of Dentistry, School of Medicine, School of Nursing, Irma Lerma Rangel School of Pharmacy, and School of Public Health which are assessed a $100 graduation fee. Certificate graduation applications are not assessed a diploma fee.
Applications submitted after September 22, 2023, will be assessed a $50 late fee in addition to the diploma fee for a total of $97.50.
If you have already submitted a Fall 2023 graduation application for your degree(s) and/or certificate program(s), you are not required to submit an additional application for those programs at this time. The Graduation Status Check on the My Record Tab or My Dashboard in Howdy can be used to verify if you have already submitted a Fall 2023 graduation application.
